It has been a busy day today. I had a meeting in Long Compton at 10.00 for a newly-formed Visual Art group for the Royal Photographic Society. It was a very interesting and productive day. There were new as well as old faces there all eager to get the group up and going.
We had some interesting talks and discussions and some excellent distinction panels to analyse. I think that the new group will take off and become a useful addition to the RPS in the centre of the country.
Unfortunately I had to leave the RPS meeting a little early because I had scheduled a video meeting with Trace Aiken, my tutor at the Arcanum. A nice guy who is also very knowledgeable – I shall enjoy working in his cohort I think. I now have to start my assignments within his group. the first one isn’t too bad, and his ‘Masters Challenge’ is not too far from what I do anyway in my normal pre-processing workflow

Great shot very Martin Parr-like. Glad you had two positives to your busy day. All good!
