As you walk down from the site of the castle in Henley-in-Arden you come to the moat at the bottom of the earthworks, which is now pretty much overgrown. As I walked over the site of the moat, I glanced right and saw a copse of trees and thickets that had grown in the old defences. Everything was very still and very quiet, the air just seemed to muffle every sound. It was a very eerie experience and I took a few shots of the trees with my Olympus E-620. After a few seconds it seemed like sound started to leak back into the hollow and I walked on.
