It was to my great surprise, that I opened the new issue of Black + White Photography magazine and found that they had used another one of my photographs. This is the second time this year and the fourth time all together that my photographs have been featured in the magazine.
The publication is without doubt the most popular black and white photography magazine on sale in the UK and a photographer sends them images with only a slim hope of getting them featured. So, to have images shown four times is beyond expectation.
Elaborating on what I wrote in August, the first time was issue 163 in May 2014. It was a two-page spread of images taken in Italy.

Here are two of the the images:

The second time was when I submitted the photographs taken for my application for the Associateship of the Royal Photographic Society. The images were meant to be a cohesive collection about a theme: the empty offices and factory of a closed newspaper. The magazine displayed a few of them in a feature.

You can see the images in my RPS Associate application here.
The third time was earlier this year as posted here.
Finally, the latest image is of a shot taken on a misty morning at Charlecote Park in Warwickshire. I was setting up to take some photos of the weir and the river Avon when a man and his dog appeared on my left looking over the edge. I quickly took the shot and he then moved on.

Here is the photograph.

I plan to sort some more photographs to send to the magazine, but as these took a year to appear, even if they are accepted, it may be a while before they appear in print.

Class photo Clive. Well spotted!
