Day 10: Thursday 2 April
Back at work this morning and a trip into the empty office to get some paperwork. I managed to get quite a bit done with no interruptions until 11:30 then a conference call via Teams.
Back home for the afternoon and finish off some of the work started this morning.
About 16:00 Mrs M and I went out for our constitutional. There seem to be more vehicles on the road and I did wonder if people were starting to get a bit blasé about the lockdown. We managed to experience all kinds of weather on our 2.5-mile walk. Rain, wind, very cold, sunshine and then warmer.
The image today is a lovely clump of daffodils on a small hillock by a road. An unrealistic promise of a golden spring in these gloomier times perhaps?
