This Wednesday I was at Buscot House in Oxfordshire. The visit was cleverly timed to be on the hottest July day on record. it was a stifling heat with no breeze and the bottles of water were soon depleted.
The shot below is of copies of the terracotta army that stand in the gardens of Buscot. I opened the 24-120 lens up to its widest aperture and focussed on the rearmost soldier.
