Despite it being winter in the UK there is a lack of snow or even frost in the midlands at the moment, so it was ‘head-in-the-freezer’ time. There was some accumulation of ice particles in the freezer and I quite liked the fact that the shelf rails looked like snow covered ploughed fields.
A quick search for a Monopoly set gave me a house and I placed it in the freezer to create a miniature diorama. I used the built-in flash on the D7100 set to -1 and a wide aperture.
