It seemed quite an appropriate title as I took the photo as it was raining hard.
I like the movement of the car headlights on the windscreen as the car bumped up and down, almost like someone has scribbled the lines on. I also really think the movement of the trees at the top right are a major point in the image.
I used filters afterwards to blur the border to emphasise the movement and to leech out some of the colour to give it an older feel.
